Refund and Exchange Policy



If you are not completely happy with your purchase, the items may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in their original condition and packaging, with a completed returns form which we shall forward upon request. No labels should be removed and all gift and presentation boxes must be included in their original condition.
The cost of returning goods that are not subject to a quality complaint is the responsibility of the customer.
On receipt of the unused products we will issue the exchange product or a full refund will be given within 30 days which will not include the re-imbursement of postage unless the goods are faulty. Please include a copy of the original receipt and a fully completed returns note. Send this in its original packaging to the address below.

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend you send the parcel using a delivery service that ensures the parcel is signed for and insures the value of goods you are returning. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
 
Damaged Goods


In the event that your product is damaged in transit please contact us immediately within 24 hours of the receipt of the goods and send (either by email or post) a picture of the broken item.
We will either send you a replacement at our expense or refund you if you prefer.

Responsibility cannot be accepted for damaged goods after this period.
Return Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of any item of pierced jewellery. We do not accept returns/cancellations on specially ordered products.
