After your order is accepted  and the goods are ready for despatch, you will be emailed a courier reference so you can keep in touch with all stages of the delivery process.

Delivery Rates

For mainland UK deliveries only:-
Orders under £100 - Standard delivery £5.45
Orders over £100 - FREE DELIVERY
Normally, U.K deliveries and packages are delivered on a next working day basis.
If you are out the courier will leave a card, but please check with them if you have not received your delivery/package within 3 working days of despatch.
Please note any particular delivery requirements you may have in the 'special instructions' box at the checkout. Please make sure to read our delivery policy within Terms & Conditions to ascertain whether goods to certain destinations or extra heavy items will attract additional costs.
Additional charges will apply to deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and International. Standard charges will be applied at the checkout and we will contact you regarding the additional charges which will need to be accepted and charged prior to despatch.
Union Interiors cannot accept responsibility for delays in transit
We can only deliver to the ground floor of any address. If this is not the case then please advise beforehand.
Please ensure easy access for the delivery. Where an appointment has been made and we are unable to gain access an extra charge will be incurred which will be calculated on a per occasion basis, depending on distance and the volume of goods to be delivered. Please make sure that there is someone at home to accept delivery.
Please check your order against your purchase receipt. Any shortages must be noted on the delivery note. Any claim for orders not being fulfilled after you have signed for complete receipt of goods will be invalid. Please unwrap and check the items in front of the delivery driver before signing. Signing for goods as "unchecked" is not acceptable for any claims.If for any reason the driver is not cooperative in this respect, please call us directly on 07801610953
For the purposes of this policy we have assumed that the customer has taken measurements at the delivery address, ensuring full access is available for delivery, and furniture is non-returnable if measurements by the customer are incorrect.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
